When can I expect my order to arrive? 

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

What is your return policy? How can I return a print? 

If the artwork is damaged or misprinted, we’ll ask for photo/video proof so we can send it to our print manufacturer to prevent this problem from reoccurring and you’ll be refunded in full. You may choose to discard the damaged artwork or return it to us.

Do your prints come with a certificate of authenticity? 

At the moment there is not a certificate of authenticity attached to our prints, in time we will find a solution to this request.
